1) Request deletion by email
You can send your account deletion request by email:
To validate your request, the email address used must match the one linked to the account to be deleted.
2) Deleted data
When the account is deleted, we remove your personal data related to the service, including:
- User profile
- Saved products
- Lists and scan history
- App preferences
3) Timeline and permanent deletion
- Your data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
4) Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained longer only when legally required (for example legal, accounting, or security obligations).
